13 Lush Products I Swear By

Tuesday, October 24, 2017

As tried, tested and reviewed by a self-proclaimed Lushaholic.

Hey guys and girls. I've taken a break for the last few months as I have been busy travelling with friends and family and also working in the States. My travels have come to an end (for now), and it's back to work I go. One thing I really missed whilst travelling was my nightly bath. I'm obsessed with bath and shower products and felt I should write this little post to let you guys know some of my all-time favourite products that you just have to test out, sometime!

1. 'Dragon's Egg' Bath Bomb

A golden, glittery surprise in the middle will leave you feeling like Daenerys Targaryen, Mother of Baths.

Price - £3.95

 2. 'Sex Bomb' Bath Bomb

Floral, pink and smells so sweet. The girliest of bath bombs and my personal favourite!

Price - £3.95

3. 'Rub Rub Rub' Shower Scrub

Scrubs off dead skin to begin with then turns to a deliciously smelling cream with leaves your body feeling smooth for days.

Price - £9.95

4. 'Lush Hippy' Soap

If you love the smell of patchouli, then this soap is for you! It lasts for weeks, too.

Price - £5.95

5. 'Angels on Bare Skin' Fresh Cleanser

Mix in your hand with a little bit of water and rub into your face. Leave for roughly 5-10 minutes. The hint of lavender reduces redness and it'll leave your skin with a healthy glow. A small bit goes a long way.

Price - £7.50

6. 'Mask of Magnaminty' Self-Perserving Face and Body Mask

The ultimate acne-fighting face mask. The cool and minty freshness of it will help re-balance your skin and get rid of any redness or blemishes. Peppermint oil stimulates blood cells. I add this to my skincare routine 4 times per week and it goes a long way. Also great for 'backne' (back acne).

Price - £12.50

7. 'Oatifix' Fresh Face Mask

Made with fresh bananas and illipe butter to moisturise dry skin. Contains oatmeal and ground almonds. Leave on your skin for 10-15 minutes before washing off with warm water.

Price - £7.50

8. 'Tea Tree Water' Facial Toner Water

Right after cleansing, and right before moisturising, you can't forget to tone. This is my personal favourite. Spray directly to your face, or onto a cotton pad. The tea tree helps fight blemishes and works great with 'Mask of Magnaminty.' Cleansing and refreshing.

Price - £9.50

9. 'Full of Grace' Serum Bar

A serum bar is similar to using oil on your face. Like a massage bar, glide it over your skin and let it melt. I don't often use this too often (as oil can clog pores), but it's great to treat yourself up to 3 times per week. Long lasting, too.

Price - £8.25

10. 'Skin Drink' Moisturiser

A cream containing nourishing oils and butters, avocado, aloe vera and a light rose and orange neroli fragrance. I use this every night before bed and it leaves your skin feeling very soothe.

Price - £15.95

11. 'Honey I Washed My Hair' Shampoo Bar

I was skeptical about using a shampoo bar at first, but wow I'm impressed! You get a lot of use out of this tiny bar and it works just as well as any high-end bottled shampoo. Trust me, give it a go!

Price - £6.50

12. 'Fighting Animal Testing' Bag

I used this bag throughout college to carry around my books and I still use it today when I'm out shopping. It holds a lot, great, strong material and it's sending an important message.

Price - £6.95

13. 'Snow Fairy' Body Conditioner

An all-time Christmas favourite! I don't know anybody who doesn't love Snow Fairy. The body conditioner is my favourite. It's pink, it's smell delicious and it leaves you with glittery skin! What more could a girl want?

Price - £15.95

Well, there you have it! Lush products I really do swear by! I hope after reading this post you're going to want to look out for these on your next visit to the store. I have heard a lot of great things about their product 'Sleepy' but haven't had the chance to test it out yet. Has anyone tried it before? Does it live up to the hype? Perhaps I will have to test it out sometime!
